Texas police officer charged for not using ‘less lethal gun’ in shooting of Army vet accused of stabbing woman

A Texas police officer who fatally shot a U.S. Army veteran who allegedly stabbed a woman at a gas station before fleeing into a nearby creek is now facing criminal charges for not using less lethal force.
