Texas family donates late son’s medical equipment to Chicago families facing similar challenges

In May 2021, Pantoja and her husband, Adrian, packed up a U-Haul with the very equipment that was used to improve their son Dylan’s quality of life before he passed away in 2019 at 16 years old.
