State Dept. won’t say what happens to Afghan evacuees who fail ‘rigorous’ vetting process

The State Department on Thursday refused to clarify what happens to Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants evacuated from Afghanistan that fail the “rigorous” vetting process.
