Rep. Virginia Foxx becomes 5th House member fined for failing to pass through metal detectors

North Carolina Rep. Virginia Foxx on Tuesday became the latest Republican to be slapped with a $5,000 for evading the House metal detectors erected following the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
