On Aug. 9, Virginia Giuffre filed a lawsuit alleging sexual abuse by the Duke of York. Attorneys for the 38-year-old filed the lawsuit in Manhattan federal court, where Jeffrey Epstein was charged criminally with sex trafficking a month before he killed himself at age 66 in August 2019.
