Philadelphia police hunt for boyfriend suspected in fatal shooting of pregnant woman

An arrest warrant for murder has been issued for Justin Smith, the boyfriend of Dianna Brice, a missing, pregnant Pennsylvania mom who was found dead in South Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
