Gaetz offers to represent Trump in second impeachment trial, resign House seat ‘if the law requires it’

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz on Wednesday offered to represent former President Trump in his second impeachment trial, telling Fox News he would resign from his seat in the House of Representatives if asked to join the Trump legal team.
