Drug cartels have ‘taken over’ border with agents preoccupied by migrant surge: Malliotakis

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis said Friday that she told President Biden that it was imperative for him to travel to the border, claiming that the U.S. southern border has been taken over by drug cartels with CBP distracted by the migrant surge.
