Cuomo successor Kathy Hochul says 14-day transition period ‘not what I asked for’

New York Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul indicated Wednesday that she disagreed with outgoing Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s decision to formally step down from office after a two-week transition period.
