Cuomo replacement Kathy Hochul flip-flopped on driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants

In 2007, as the Erie County clerk, Kathy Hochul – who will be replacing Cuomo as governor – said she was vehemently against undocumented immigrants getting driver’s licenses.
