Congressional offices to defy State Dept warning against ‘uncoordinated messaging’ to Afghanistan evacuees

The State Department warned members of Congress against directing Americans and U.S. allies in Afghanistan to the Kabul airport Wednesday night, hours before two bomb blasts killed at least 12 American service members.
