Whitmer vetoes bill to exempt graduations from COVID-19 crowd limits

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Thursday vetoed Republican-sponsored legislation that would have exempted high school graduation ceremonies from COVID-19 restrictions on Michigan crowd sizes.
