Susan Collins says she’ll back Biden pick Deb Haaland for Interior secretary

U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, said Wednesday that she will vote to confirm U.S. Rep. Deb Haaland of New Mexico to become secretary of the interior.
