Bill Bennett: ‘We need to designate Mexican cartels as foreign terrorists like Al Qaeda’

After U.S. drug overdose deaths hit a new record in 2020, former National Drug Control Policy Director Bill Bennett said on Thursday that the United States needs to designate Mexican cartels as foreign terrorists.
