Traveling to Europe without Visa for US citizens will be a thing of the past.
On Friday, EU announced that American travelers will need a European Travel Information to visit European Schengen Area called ETIAS.

Schengen Area is a zone of 26 European countries without internal borders that allows travelers to move freely including France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Poland & Italy.
Currently, US citizens travel for up to 90 days to Europe without a visa.
A valid passport, a credit or debit card & an email account needed to apply for ETIAS. Minors will only need normal passports after visas go into effect.
ETIAS visa allows Americans to enter Schengen Area as it is valid for three years.
