Harvey Weinstein wins case against third sexual assault charges

Harvey Weinstein’s sexual assault case took the film industry by storm as he was the most sought after producer and one woman’s charge lead to two more women placing sexual assault charges against him. These charges created an uproar amongst actress claiming that it wasn’t just him there are many like him and since then actor Kevin Spacey, Creative Director John Lasseter from Pixar, Russel Simons, Dustin Hoffman, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, Steven Seagal, etc.

Harvey’s lawyer said he plead not guilty to a third charge of sexual assault, he denied claims against the two women dating back to 2004 and 2013. Harvey has been released on bail, but apart from the two women 70 actressess some of them being Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, Lupita Nyongo, Daryl Hannah, Gwyenth Paltrow, etc. have said that he wanted a massage and then go on to take his pants off and also threaten to kill or hunt them . The woman who chose to say anonymous is fighting to prosecute him under predatory sexual assault the charge for which he can be imprisoned for life. His lawyer cheerfully said “they won this round” after winning the first case.
