Andrew Luck’s wife: What to know about Nicole Pechanec

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck married Stanford gymnast Nicole Pechanec. The couple received the same degree from Stanford.

Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts quarterback married Nicole Pechanec, his girlfriend in Prague.

Pechanec & Luck both 29, first met at Stanford.

According to Quarterback, Pechanec in Newark to Czechoslovakian parents & he was home schooled  that helped him to focus on gymnastics.



Pechanec’s mother was her coach to Czechoslovakia at 15 in order to catch training with national team.

Pechanec returned to US after representing her country in European Championship & World games where she was a captain for participating in two NCAA finals.

Pechanec hasa degree in architectural design besides MBA from IU.

She works as a field producer for ESPN & NBC in addition to Nest, nonprofit which advocates for conscious products ethically.

She well represented the Czech Republic as Nicole Pechancova, but Nicole Pechanec – as she’s known in the U.S. – is making a new name for herself as a freshman competitor for Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif. Born Aug. 17, 1989, to Czech parents in New Jersey, Pechanec was originally coached by her mother, Yvette (Yveta).

Luck explained how athletic background of Pechanec was a key factor in recovery from injury of his shoulder forced him to sit entire 2017 season out.

Couple spent two months in Holland so Luck rehab repaired surgically throwing shoulder with his trainer.

“Honestly, though, I wouldn’t have gotten through it if not for Nicole. It isn’t just that she was willing to do anything she could to help me. It’s that she’s tough. She knows what training is like, what it’s like to feel pain, and what it’s like to have to work really hard. There’s no way I get through those two months without her”

Luck had his best season with Colts completing 67.3% of his passes with 39 touchdowns for 4,593 yards & 15 interceptions that led Colts to second round of playoffs after a 1-5 start.
