California Latino Caucus rebukes Harris for ‘do not come’ immigration warning

California Latino lawmakers issued a statement Wednesday rebuking Vice President Kamala Harris’ controversial comments in El Salvador this week when she told “folks” from the northern triangle states “Do not come.”
